About Me

HELLO and welcome to my website. I am a Illinois licensed massage therapist and have been in practice for 23 years. Since graduating in 2000 from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL, I have been able to help many clients with my massage practice.  At the first session,  an intake form with a history of the body information is filled out by the client to let me know the health history.  Then I listen to the current and specific concerns and intensions.   My personal style uses several techniques in a beautiful, quiet, relaxing setting, applying a combination of deeper work with soothing, flowing strokes too. The end result is a feeling of being refreshed and renewed to a healthier state.  

On a personal note, I am an active and fit therapist and enjoy challenges in cycling, weight-training, pilates, hiking and more!  I have a passion and zest for my practice... and life!
